Rock County Gladiators Cease Operations for 2012
(Milton, WI) In a statement to the Board of Directors of the Great Midwest Football League, the Rock County Gladiators have decided to cease operations for the upcoming 2012 season.

Semi-Pro Football Back in Burlington
(Story via www.kbur.com) After a more than three-decade hiatus, semi-professional football will be back in Burlington later this year.

The Great River Gladiators are in the process of forming the team, which will play in the 44-team Great Midwest Football League. When the season starts in May, it will be the first time Burlington has had a semi-pro football team in 35 years. Read more

2012 Application and Interview Process Officially Begins
(West Alton, MO) - The Great Midwest Football League has officially begun the interview process for the upcoming 2012 football season.  We are and adult amateur football league that is seeking teams that are willing to abide by our bylaws, rules and core beliefs while working to put forth the best product possible for our fans, families, friends and sponsors.
